Recycling toward circular, infinite loops
Project brief—
MobileMuster was celebrating 25 years of giving old electronic devices a new lease on life. They just needed a way to breathe new life into their own story, too.
With a party planned, including an important funding drive for ongoing operations, everything had to wow.
Simply put, convince everyday Aussies that recycling an old phone is a safe, secure, and totally amazing thing to do.

What better way to grasp the fundamentals than to experience it in person?
With the help of a fully recycled ‘Infinite Loop’ installation, party guests embarked on a journey through the recycling process. Large-scale graphics, bold copy, and video pieces were plastered across the walls, inviting visitors to learn, reflect, and find inspiration.
How’d we go? One awesome party, many journeys through the Loop, and substantial funds raised for MobileMuster to continue their work in 2024 and beyond.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable project—discovering the behind-the-scenes of electronics recycling, in particular!
The client was open to the idea of taking something slightly serious and making it fun, upbeat, and engaging
I loved seeing my copy moulded to a unique format, and all fully recycled!
I might have even convinced myself to find and recycle that ‘backup’ phone I had hidden about…
